Are you Sure That You Got the Water Up?

Pictured here is our WRT Certified technician inspecting some cabinets that were located in a room that suffered a water loss. Our customer stated that he was able to shop vac all the water up before we arrived. Upon inspection we found elevated levels of moisture in several areas of drywall and the cabinets pictured.

Wood Floor Restoration in Houston, TX

On this particular water loss in Houston, TX, we were called upon to help save these wood floors. These wood floors were affected by a AC drain leak. The main damage occurred on the second floor, but the water came down through the light fixtures and walls and affected the wood floor in the hallway. We used our Injectidry Hardwood Floor Drying System to help dry and save the wood floors. After 3 days the floors met the drying goal and we officially made these wet wood floors "Like they never even happened!"

This is a before and after picture of a dress that was affected during Hurricane Harvey. There was a large rust stain on the bottom of the dress. The customer was wanting to take a picture of their young daughter in the dress and were upset that it was damaged. We were able to remove a majority of the satin and the family was able to take the pictures of their daughter.

This closet was damaged due to a slow leak from a pipe in the attic. The home owner was shocked when she opened the closet and found all the microbial growth. SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County was called out to remove all the affected materials, clean, sanitize, and properly dry out the affected studs. This customer had some recent remodeling done to her bathroom and someone wasn't cautious with the plumbing in the walls. The cold water line had a nail pierce through and create a small pinhole and this leak went unnoticeable for quite some time.

Restored Commercial Bathroom Tile

This is a before and after picture of a ceramic tile cleaning job we did in the Downtown Medical Center in Houston, TX. SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County cleaned the tile and grout, color sealed the grout, and applied a hard surface sealer to the ceramic tile wall.

Commercial Floor Restoration in Sugar Land, TX

This is a before and after picture of slate floor in a restaurant in Sugar Land. Our technicians had to remove all the years of grease and food build up in the grout lines. Once that was cleaned and completed the grout was color sealed and a hard surface sealer was applied to the slate.

American Red Cross Smoke Detector Campaign

On Saturday, January 16th, 2016, SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County teamed up with the American Red Cross and the Richmond Fire Department to help distribute and install smoke detectors in low-income housing in parts of Richmond. Four teams installed a total of 134 smoke detectors in a 4 hour period. Pictured here are Red Cross volunteers, including SERVPRO team members Nicco Gutierrez and David Johnson. SERVPRO is a proud sponsor of the American Red Cross Ready Rating Program.
