Water Damaged Home in Needville, TX

This house suffered from a broken toilet supply line and flooded throughout the day. The homeowner came home to water running out of her garage. The before picture shows the amount of water that was present when the technicians first arrived. All areas were extracted and the carpet and pad was removed.

In the after picture you can see how bedroom was setup during the drying process. As stated previously the carpet and pad were removed, and the slab was extracted. Also you will notice the small holes that were drilled in to help get air flow in the cavity space. This technique is used to help speed up the drying process.
