Commercial Water Loss in Lake Jackson, TX
A water pipe burst in the ceiling of a major department store in Lake Jackson, TX, leaving employees standing in ankle-deep water. SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County received the call around 9 am from one of our Large Loss Response Team (LLRT) partners and had the entire 14,000 sq ft department store extracted, sanitized, and equipment placed in time for the client to get back in business by early afternoon. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and they were amazed with the results. Air movers were strategically placed along the ceramic tiled walkway to focus air drying directly on the carpet, and to make the environment safer for trying to navigate the store.
