This kitchen in Sugar Land failed a Air quality test during a home inspection. SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County was called out to remove the cabinets and remediate any presents signs of mold growth.

Our crews were able to safely detach the granite countertops and the sink during the demolition of the cabinets. Once the cabinets and drywall were removed our crew was able to clean and sanitize the small are of growth that was present.

The after picture shows all the cabinets and drywall that was removed, as well as the cleaned and sanitized studs.

Our customer was happy that were able to salvage the granite countertops, and clean up any growth we found behind the cabinets. She was cleared on the re-inspection and was able to sell her house quickly.
