Mold Remediation in Katy, TX

This home in Katy, TX suffered from a pin hole leak on a pipe in the wall. This pipe ran into the hall shower and was leaking for months without nobody noticing it. There was a large bookshelf on the wall in the office blocking the visibility of the water damage. The homeowner finally noticed the water damage when her laminate flooring began to buckle, so she called SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County out to assess her loss.

In the before picture you can see where there is a substantial amount of growth on the walls that needs to be removed. 

In the after photo you can where our technician's have removed the damaged flooring, drywall, and baseboards. Once those materials were removed we cleaned the studs and sanitized all the affected areas.

Our customer was happy with our work and thankful that we were able to remediate all the mold from her house.
