Wedding Dress Restored After Hurricane Harvey
SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County was called recently to try to salvage a wedding dress that had been flooded from Hurricane Harvey. The dress was to be used to photo the daughter, a new trend in photography, and the husband was going to give the photo shoot and the dress to his wife for Christmas.
SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County Esporta technician Rosa Frias took the stained wedding dress and diligently worked on the visible rust stains and soil contamination, then washed the dress in the Esporta machine to make the dress presentable for the photo shoot. Rosa was able to remove over 95% of the staining and the husband was thrilled with the results.
The dress was packaged and delivered back to the husband just in time for Christmas! He was very excited that his surprise photo shoot with the salvaged, cleaned wedding dress gift would be their highlight of Christmas.
