Water Damaged Bathroom in Fort Bend County Bank

This bathroom at a bank located in Fort Bend County was damaged due to a slow leak in the wall behind a sink. Notice the growth on the walls in the before picture. The baseboards were concealing the growth from the naked eye, but once the technicians removed the baseboard this is what they found.

In the after picture you can see where the crew removed all the wet materials and cleaned and sanitized the affected studs.

The customer was very happy with how our crews were able to help locate the leak as well as track the water migration to this small bathroom.
