Nick Maldonado Promoted to Production Manager
SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County is pleased to announce the recent addition of second production manager, and along with that added position comes a promotion for Nick Maldonado.
Nick joined SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County in November, 2011 where he started out as a technician. Through dedicated training and perseverance, Nick has progressed through the ranks to quickly become one of our premier SERVPRO leaders.
While recuperating from a non-work related broken leg incident several years ago, Nick gained valuable experience working in the office environment, helping input estimates and helping to schedule and track jobs with other office staff. This training helped pave the way for Nick to become familiar with multiple sides of the SERVPRO business and ultimately helped him become a better crew leader.
Nick has attained the IICRC certifications as water restoration technician, as well as applied structural drying specialist. His proficiency in mold remediation and move-out management make him the ideal person to take over the newly created position of Production Manager.
Employee training and career advancement are staples of the environment at SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County and we're proud to have Nick Maldonado as one of our team heroes who help to give customers peace of mind and help them take their lives back, making water damage "like it never even happened."
